Request an RMA

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the correct return shipping address.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack your water system or replacement filters in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and installation hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our designated returns center.
